Meditation

Meditation is a powerful healing tool and I recommend it as a daily, self-care practice. Meditation is known to reduce stress and anxiety, enhance mood, promote healthy sleep and boost cognitive skills. Meditation, as an aspect of spiritual practice, moves our awareness inward and expands the consciousness. In raising our own awareness to a more heightened state, we move to the place of spiritual insight, clarity and connection with all that is. Indeed, a beautiful place to be - reconnection with the true self, the soul.

Before beginning find a quiet, comfortable place away from distractions where you can settle in for a while.
